Yes, that's "maangchi". As in, "hammer"!
This cook lived in Toronto for a long time. Korean cuisine is actually really popular in Toronto, and there are LOTS of Korean restaurants there. Maangchi shows English-speaking people how to make some of Korea's most popular dishes at home. Thanks to her, I've learned a lot about Korean cooking!

There are too many process to make Gamjatang! But Maangchi makes it so easily. Her cooking is excellent!

No, I don't.. But I know how to eat this more delicious. Gamjatang is great with some pepper! It's very spicy!

This way is Korea traditional taste.

-Um... I like seafood. Seafood put into Gamjatang. Then, very delicious.

I like chicken. Shinpo-dong dakkangjung is very famous. And so HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!ㅠㅠ But sweet and delicious.

Yes. My mom makes this other method. My mom boils of bones very long time and season dried radish leaves with spices before the boiling.

I sometimes think that maangchi’s cooking is seemed too messy. But they look very delicious.
